Rich, a landscape designer called for help in rebuilding an outdoor Rumford. He said the City of Belvedere made his client tear down an existing outdoor Rumford. What rule are they following? City won't even let him put in a gas fireplace, outdoors, unless it's a dedicated gas fireplace. Rich is going to design a fire pit, maybe with a back on it, but something that is clearly not a fireplace.
